The Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine at the University of South Florida will provide one (1) ACGME-accredited orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship positions for the 2012-2013 academic year. The Sports Medicine Match is administered by the San Francisco Match program. All application materials will go through the San Francisco Match. Applications should be received 19 months prior to the start of their fellowship and interviews conducted in January or February of the ensuing year. A great deal of emphasis will be placed on the interviews. Each applicant will be interviewed by the full time faculty. Applicants will then be ranked and then submitted to the SF Match match, which will be in compliance with therecruitment and selection of the USF COM policies.
