Residency Program

Resident Research Day

Every year in June, the Ob/Gyn Department holds a Resident Research Day where the third and fourth year residents present the results of a research project. The resident selects a project in the fall, works with a faculty member on the project throughout the year then prepares a paper and presentation. Their presentations are judged by a committee of faculty. The winner receives a prize along with the honor of having his/her name added to a plaque alongside past recipients.

Each year, we invite a visiting professor to critique the presentations and give a lecture at the end of the program. Some of the visiting professors in past years include:
