This position offers the opportunity to be part of an expanding academic team committed to excellence in inpatient obstetric care.

Maternal Fetal Medicine - 40074: A Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to join our team of established MFMs providing comprehensive, high-risk obstetric care. The division offers a broad clinical scope, including labor and delivery coverage, antepartum care, obstetrical ultrasound, prenatal diagnostic procedures, and perinatal consultations. We also have a fetal therapy program featuring laser therapy and in-utero surgical procedures, along with specialized programs for managing complex cases such as placenta accreta. 

Open Rank - MFM - 42171: The role includes managing high-risk pregnancies, providing fetal diagnosis and therapy, and caring for complex medical‑surgical obstetric cases. Will have opportunities for teaching, research, and participating in statewide perinatal quality initiatives.

Open Rank - Urogynecologist & URPS Fellowship Program Director - 41825:  A Urogynecology & Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery (URPS) physician to join our team of fellowship-trained urogynecologists providing comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders. The division offers a broad clinical scope, including office-based procedures, urogynecology surgery, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Opportunities include teaching fellows, residents, and medical students, participating in clinical research, and leadership roles such as URPS Fellowship Director.

Open Rank - Urogyn - 42172:  This position includes responsibilities for clinical care, teaching and research. There are opportunities for clinical, administrative, research, and/or teaching leadership for a qualified candidate. An interest in clinical, educational, quality improvement, translational or basic science research is desired. The successful candidate should have academic qualifications for the rank of assistant professor or associate professor.

Open Rank - Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Physician - 41930:  This position seeks a board-certified or board-eligible physician in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) for a joint clinical and academic appointment with Shady Grove Fertility (SGF) Tampa Bay. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional, evidence-based reproductive clinical care and surgical services, actively contribute to research and education in the field, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in a high-volume academic medical center.

Open Rank - MIGS - 42173:  This position will join the Division of Gynecologic Specialty Services as a fellowship-trained, board-eligible/certified minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon. The role focuses on clinical care for patients with endometriosis, fibroids, and chronic pelvic pain, while also teaching fellows, residents, and medical students. 

Open Rank - Chief of Obstetrics - 38677: This position will lead both clinical and administrative efforts, helping to shape a vision for delivering the safest and most innovative care for patients across the risk spectrum. This leadership role also offers opportunities in medical education, research, and engagement with statewide perinatal quality initiatives.

Open Rank - Vice Chair Education - 40071: This position will be responsible for overseeing all department education programs and their staff. The successful vice chair will support the department's educational leaders and build innovative programs, collaborating with our residency program directors, associate program directors, fellowship directors, and clerkship directors. They will provide direct oversight to the program coordinators and administrative staff in the Education Division of the USF Department of OB/GYN.

Human Services Practitioner - 41797: This position is a key member of a collaborative obstetric team, including obstetric providers in the prenatal clinic and maternal-fetal medicine, psychology, and psychiatric consultants. The goal of the position is to improve access and delivery of mental health services during pregnancy and up to one year postpartum. 

Perinatal Registered Dietician - 41843:  A full-time registered dietitian specializing in pregnancy and postpartum to provide personalized, evidence-based nutrition guidance to support maternal health and fetal development, assisting with creating meal plans, managing pregnancy conditions including healthy weight gain, management of nausea symptoms and food aversions, gestational diabetes, and optimizing intake of essential nutrients during pregnancy and in the postpartum period.

Lactation Consultant - 41838: This position provides specialized breastfeeding support, education, and counseling to patients and families. This role promotes evidence-based lactation practices, assists with complex feeding concerns, and collaborates with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff to improve maternal–infant health outcomes.
