Biography

Zach grew up in Boca Raton, FL and began pursuing a career in medicine after enrolling in a sports medicine magnet program in high school. After earning his bachelor's degree at Florida State University, He earned his medical doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Sunrise Health in Las Vegas, NV and Sports Medicine Fellowship at Orlando Health Bayfront and Johns Hopkins All Children's in Saint Petersburg, FL. His professional interests include resuscitation, cardiac pathology, procedural care, bridging Emergency Medicine and sports/event medicine, and academic medicine. When outside of work, he is likely to be spending time with my bernedoodle, Remi, and watching college football.
