CME Tracker is the software USF Health utilizes to accept activity registrations and maintain CE history.

To obtain a copy of your CE transcript or certificate, sign into your USF HealthCE Tracker account and choose “Transcript.” You will be able to filter the report by date. A transcript or certificate will be generated to a PDF that you can save or print.

Note: Continuing education credit will only display if you had followed the instructions post activity to claim credit.

If you need to claim credit and it is past the 21 day post program deadline there will be a $35 fee to obtain a certificate. Note: some accreditations have deadlines that USF Health may not be able to override.

Pay the $35 fee via your HealthCE Tracker account.
Upon payment an attestation form will be emailed to complete & return. Your continuing education certificate will be emailed within one week. Please feel free to call 813-224-7860 with questions or concerns.

*Pharmacists, if you have not claimed your CE credit within 45 days, your CEUS will not be accepted by ACPE. It is your responsibility to check CE Monitor.

To obtain a copy of your receipt or confirmation letter, sign into your USF HealthCE Tracker account and choose registration history. All activities you have attended through USF Health will be displayed.

To register for an activity, visit our course offering webpage. You will be able to register directly for a course, click the register button next to the course and you will be directed to sign in with an existing account or to create a new one.
