Application Requirements and Criteria for the PCSM Fellowship

• Successfully completed ACGME accredited residency program in either Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Emergency Medicine in good standing
• PM&R residents are not considered at this time
• If finishing an osteopathic residency, it must be dual accredited at the time of commencement

The application must include

• Must be submitted through ERAS. No mailed applications
• Curriculum Vitae
• Medical School Dean’s Letter or equivalent
• Transcript
• 3 letters of recommendation
• USMLE Step 1, Step 2, CK & CS Scores must be passed within two attempts
• USMLE Scores must be available before the NRMP deadline
• COMLEX Level 1, 2-CE and Level 3 scores if DO candidate
• Applicants who graduate prior to 2014 must be able to provide a Milestones summary from their previous program to have their application considered
• The fellowship does not offer observerships or sponsor Visas
• The applicant must have command of the English language

International Medical Graduates (IMGs) also need proof of

• Valid ECGMG certification
• Permanent resident status
• Clinical experience in the US
• Must have graduated from one of the ACGME accredited residency program listed in the above requirements

Deadline

To be considered for the 2023 match, completed applications and all supporting documentation must be received no later than September 9, 2022. Applications may be submitted beginning on 7/6/2022.
