The Office of Operations and Facilities Management (OFM) is responsible for providing facility engineering support services to the USF-HEALTH organization at the Medical Center Campus. USF HEALTH facilities include the Children's Medical Services Building(CMS), College of Public Health (COPH), Medical Center Ambulatory Clinic (MDA), Medical Center (MDC), Medical Center Laboratories (MDL), College of Nursing (MDN), Eye Institute (MDO), and School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences (MDT) totaling over 1 million square feet of building space. Additionally, OFM has recently been assigned facilities management oversight of the newly constructed Carol and Frank Morsani Center for Advanced Health Care (MDH) and Medical Office Building (MDF) along with the recently acquired Johnnie B. Byrd Alzheimers Center (ALZ).  The OFM office has four (4) primary departments, Planning and Construction, Facilities Maintenance, HSC Receiving, and the Post Office.
