The Inaugural Nano-Bio Collaborative Conference 2010, held at the University of South Florida in November 2010 was a great success.  We had over 150 participants attend and the number has increased ever since. The Nano-Bio Collaborative Conference 2010 engaged students and faculty from several Florida Universities and eminent nanoscientists from all over the US. 

As the Conference Chair for NBCIC 2012 I want to take this opportunity to extend an invitation for you and your colleagues to attend.

The NBCIC 2012 is being organized with a view to:

• To bring together academic and industry experts on the cutting-edge nanoscience and technologies and discuss scientific topics which have significant global economic impact.
• Promote closer research ties and networking opportunities within the nanoscience community of the State of Florida and other National & International prominent Nanocenters of Excellence.
• Foster and encourage collaborative research efforts between academicians from national and international universities and institutes.
• Forge strong industry-academia partnerships in the field of nanoscience technology to promote market driven research and innovation at the global level.
• Encourage and showcase the contributions of undergraduate, graduate and postdocs from all over the world by creating a student-friendly event where they can not only present their research among peers but also to foster networking opportunities, thereby ensuring a new generation of a nanoscientists “Global Community”.
