Soojong Chae, MD Assistant Professor of Medicine Gastroenterology Fellowship Program Director

The GI fellowship program is an accredited comprehensive residency program in clinical gastroenterology which consists of three years of training. The program is accredited for four positions per year.

Our program participates in the Medical Specialties Matching Program. Upon completion of this training, the individual will have met the training requirements for qualification to take the American Board of Internal Medicine Subspecialty examination in Gastroenterology (view our Program Goals & Objectives and Training Curricula tabs to the left). The training program has been fully accredited since its inception by the ACGME. The Subspecialty Board pass rate for the last five cycles of residents has been 100%.
