Protect Your Assets

Overview of the Project

The Florida Prevention Research Center (FPRC) is a Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) funded research center at the University of South Florida (USF). Our mission is to reduce health disparities in our community. Through this mission, we look to reduce the rates of colorectal cancer in the state of Florida through the promotion of regular screenings. If you click on the titles in the top left corner, it will lead you to specific aspects of the program.

The FPRC 's employer-based intervention has been made possible by grant funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and partnerships with the Florida Health Care Coalition (FLHCC), Genentech, members of our Colorectal Cancer Community Collaborative (CCC) and the employers themselves!

Since we are a CDC funded research center, this project should be of little to no cost for all of our partner employers.

We are excited to work with you, and without you, we could not make this project a reality. Thank you for your willingness to work with us on this project. We look forward to partnering with you.

The College of Public Health at the University of South Florida is the parent organization for the Florida Prevention Research Center and is supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention cooperative agreement number 1-U48-DP-005024.
