New Coalition

Congratulations on starting the work of establishing a coalition and finding our training website.

The CBPM for Policy Development framework is designed for established coalitions with a history of working together, however, most new coalitions can get to this same point through some guidance and continued collaborative work.

Before starting the CBPM for Policy Development process and reviewing Step 1 (Build a Strong Foundation) and its resources, please review the guidance below that helps you to define your mission and start establishing roles and responsibilities for your coalition:
