A post-graduate fellowship is a one- to two-year position where a recent Master’s graduate works alongside top-level executives.  Fellowships are widely accepted as a critical stepping stone for early careerists who aspire to senior leadership roles.  In 2016, University of South Florida joined the National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF) as a Graduate Program Member.  Students are encouraged to work with their faculty mentors early and often in their programs in order to prepare a competitive application for this valuable and rewarding opportunity.
