The Center for Transdisciplinary Research in College Health
and Well-being is an innovative, multidisciplinary academic and
community partnership, committed to bridging the gap between professional
disciplines to create new paradigms for college health, well-being and success.
With the work of our directors, research scientists, student researchers and
community partners, we aim to be a national leader in transdisciplinary college
health research.
Created through a collaboration between the USF Office of Student Affairs & Student Success and the USF College of Public Health, the Center is considered a Healthy Campus 2020 Partner through the National College Health Association. The designation demonstrates the Center’s commitment toward improving college students’ health, well-being and overall quality of life. Our projects extend beyond traditional interventions of education, diagnosis, treatment and health care at clinical levels and involve embedding health into all aspects of campus culture, across administration, operations and academics.
