USF Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 17.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Physicians FBM (Florida Board of Medicine):

USF Health is an approved provider of continuing education for physicians through FBM 50- 2970.  This program has been approved for 17.00 contact hours.

Nurses FBN (Florida Board of Nursing):

USF Health is an approved provider of continuing education for nurses through FBN 50-2970. This program has been approved for 17.00 contact hours.

There are no prerequisites for nurses to participate in this activity. To complete this course, nurses must sign in each day, participate in all activities and complete the course evaluation.

Florida Licensed Psychologists:

USF Health is an approved provider of continuing education for Psychologists through the Florida Board of Psychology (provider number 2970). This program has been reviewed and approved for up to 17.00 continuing education credits. Licensee numbers are required prior to the issuance of certificates.

Florida Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors: 

USF Health is an approved provider of continuing education credits for clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, and mental health counseling. This program has been reviewed and approved for up to 17.00, 60 minute contact hours.

Florida Licensed Occupational Therapists: 

USF Health is an approved provider of continuing education for Occupational Therapy licensees by the Florida Board of Occupational Therapists. This program has been reviewed and approved for up to 20.40, 50-minutes contact hours. Licensee numbers are required prior to the issuance of certificates.

Claiming Credits:

Claiming credits: Certificates of Attendance or certificates of continuing education credit are obtained online after the event There are two paths for claiming credits.

If you attend live sessions, you will receive an email with a link to an event evaluation. After completing the evaluation, you will be directed to a site for claiming credits. This email should arrive March 22nd, i.e., the Monday after the live event ends. You have 20 days to claim credit. After the 20 days, you will be charged $35 to obtain your credits. The last day to claim credit, without a late fee, is April 10, 2021.

If you attend on-demand sessions, you will claim credits after each presentation. Details are being worked out. Instructions will be provided later.
