For more than 20 years, the USF social marketing team has helped governments, organizations, and community groups use social marketing to design new program and policy interventions, adapt evidence-based interventions for local use and promote the changes. In addition to formal training workshops, an annual Social Marketing Conference and Training Academy is now in its 25th year. The team has also conducted six demonstration projects in which coalitions have used social marketing’s strategic planning process to achieve goals they have set.
