Research Interests

  • My scholarship focuses on the integration of theory into clinical applications. Patient centered therapeutic communication, taking into consideration culture and mental health, in order to support decision making for behavioral change to promote health.
  • My research involves the exploration of critical periods for the development of weight gain in women.
