How To Apply For The Fellowship In Gynecologic Oncology

We accept applications through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS)

ERAS application should include:

  • ERAS application
  • personal statement
  • 3 letters of recommendation
  • official transcript from medical school(s) attended
  • curriculum vitae
  • USMLE transcript
  • recent photo

Once you have completed your ERAS application, we ask that you submit the following documents (via email):

  • CREOG I, II, III transcripts
  • copy of medical school diploma
  • personal CV

All submissions for the 2018 Gyn-Oncology Fellowship Interviews should be complete in order to be considered for review. Interviews will take place in July - August 2018 we recommend having all pieces of the application submitted by June 1st.

Additional documents for foreign medical school applicants – Note: Documents in a language other than English must be submitted with a certified translation.

  • Transcript of all college education
  • ECFMG certificate

Additional documentation may be required before a candidate can be appointed.
