Eligibility: All Fellows must have completed a Chief Resident Year in Neurological Surgery or Orthopedic Surgery at an accredited institution. Candidates who are seeking a fellowship position concurrent with their last year of residency must provide a letter from their Residency Program Director confirming that they have met all ACGME requirements for graduation, including defined minimum case log requirements.
