Administration Fellowship

The USF Emergency Medicine Administration Fellowship is offered through TEAMHealth to prepare the medical directors and leaders in the future of our discipline. During this two-year program, fellows complete an Executive MBA program at the USF Business School and is able to work 1-2 attending ED shifts/week while also maintaining administrative duties with hospital and corporate executives. The System Medical Director for TeamHealth and Chief of Emergency Medicine, David Wein, is the director of this fellowship. He is assisted by other faculty including Associate Medical Directors Rachel Semmons and Jason Wilson. Reginald Saint-Hilaire, a fellowship alumnus and Current Medical Director of our free-standing ED in Brandon also is heavily involved. We also include experiences with TeamHealth senior leaders to ensure that fellows receive excellent education in the business and leadership of emergency medicine.
