Network Jack Installation or Relocation
Active data jacks are required for devices such as computers, printers and more to access the wired USF Health network. While physical data jacks can be found on the wall in many USF Health classrooms, offices and common areas, they are not always active. USF Health IS provides data jack activation services for existing network jack locations.
How to Request this Service
Submit a ticket to the USF Health IS Service Desk through the Health IS website.
This is a premium service and cost is determined upon consultation with the customer and obtaining quotes from the vendors. The costs associated with this service are variable as they are based on labor and materials and will be determined by the technician during review of the request.
This service can be requested at any time, and jacks will be activated during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm).
