USF Health Information Systems can help to streamline the management of your contacts via E-Mail, Web Chat, IM, SMS, and Social Media the same way you would manage your inbound and outbound calls. This will help you or your department gain a context of your contacts both historically and in real-time with an abundance of data, dashboards, and reports. Contact center channels (E-Mail, Web Chat, IM, SMS, Social Media, and Voice) can be custom-tailored to meet your immediate and unique needs while simultaneously breaking down silos between your contact center and your business.
