AV Equipment Loans and Setup

Description

When a classroom or conference room that does not have audio/video (A/V) equipment installed in it needs temporary A/V capabilities, equipment can be requested on a per-event basis. This is a great option when there are no rooms with existing A/V equipment in them available. We will provide consultation, design, installation, and removal for the temporary audio/visual systems. Typically we offer equipment for loan that generally have the following components: projector, microphone, PC, cameras, and Video-Teleconferencing capabilities. The items will vary in equipment and technological capabilities depending on what we have available at the time.
