USF Health students who hold a USF Health account are able to retain their health email address (email@example.com) as USF Health alumni. This conversion happens automatically after the USF Health Account System has determined that the former student's active roles at USF Health have ended based on data from student systems. The alumnus' inbox and historical email will remain available. This service is offered through Microsoft's Office 365 and cloud services. Please note: the student's access to USF Health resources such as student systems, USF Health Box.com account, OneDrive, and H:\ drive are terminated at that time.
This policy includes former students of USF Health who currently are Health account holders as faculty or staff. Their accounts are transitioned into alumni accounts when their staff/faculty role(s) end. There are exceptions to this availability for account holders who attended USF prior to the usage of OASIS and Health Banner.
