Health Account Eligibility Management

Description

USF Health accounts are only made available automatically for students, faculty, staff of USF Health-affiliate departments. The system uses USF and USF Health source systems to determine whether an account requestor can automatically create an account. For more information about this eligibility, please see the system's documentation. When a new department, college, or academic program is introduced at USF Health, eligibility can be updated to include them to streamline the account creation process of people affiliated with these new organizational groups.

How to Request this Service

Visit the Client Portal to submit a request for this service. Please remember to be as detailed as possible so that Health IS can quickly fulfill the request.
