Removal of Electronic Equipment

Description

There are specific procedures that must be followed when disposing of electronic equipment. Equipment that stores information (hard drives, flash drives, CD/DVD's) must all have the data erased prior to disposal. Removal of surplus electronic equipment for environmental recycling is provided by our IT staff. This service requires coordination of staff resources and scheduling is dependent on size and location of the equipment, and what is being disposed of.

Charge

‚ÄčThere is no charge for this service, unless the equipment being disposed of requires an external company to handle the removal.
