File Backup and Data Recovery

Description

Health IS provides data recovery services for specific applications, shared file systems (G: Drive), and other technology-based systems that have their data backed up on regular intervals. These systems allow for restoration of data in the event of a catastrophic loss of data, or even accidental deletions. The data can generally be restored within 1-2 days depending on the system and data in question. Email is not included in the systems that are backed up, and is not able to be restored in the event of a deletion. These functions are conducted through an enterprise backup solution, and in order to restore a file correctly the customer must provide the path/location to the files needing recovery.

Availability

Infrastructure is in place 24x7 except during advertised system maintenance, and restores are conducted during normal business hours.
