Student Systems Reports
Health IS provides reporting capabilities from a variety of student systems. Through this service, faculty and staff can receive reports in several formats, based on their needs and use of the data. Delivery of reports can be on-demand, one-time email, or via a scheduled, automated email to the necessary recipients. These options vary based on the sensitivity of the data involved and the system the report is coming from. Your analyst will go over your request and help you determine your options.
How to Request this Service
Visit the Client Portal to submit a request for this service. Please remember to be as detailed as possible so that Health IS can quickly fulfill the request.
Charges are dependent upon whether the system is part of a premium service contract or not. The IS analyst will let you know if any charge will be required.
