Business Systems Reports


Health IS provides reporting capabilities from a variety of business systems, especially those systems associated with the faculty practice as well as student information systems. Through this service, faculty and staff can receive reports in several formats, based on their needs and use of the data. Delivery of reports can be on-demand, one-time email, or via a scheduled, automated email to the necessary recipients. These options vary based on the sensitivity of the data involved and the system the report is coming from. Your analyst will go over your request and help you determine your options.

How to Request this Service

Note: Clinical report requests must go through the clinical report request process. If your request includes any patient data (unidentifiable or identifiable), it must go through that process. Any clinical requests submitted via email as described above will be required to start over.


Charges are dependent upon whether the system is part of a premium service contract or not. The IT analyst will let you know if any charge will be required.
