Every year a portion (~8%) of institution’s E&G budget is made available by the State for new initiatives which are aimed at enhancing its capacity in research, education, and clinical services. We are now seeking pre-proposals for LBR's for FY 2008-09. To ensure that these requests are aligned with the priorities of the institution, USF Health has outlined a strategic process which links the following initiatives with the intent of creating a converging outcome:

• PECO Minor Renovation Projects
• Capital Improvement Projects (3 and 5 years)
• Legislative Budget Requests
• Federal Appropriations
• Enrollment Projections

Please note that each College is asked to review their proposals and submit in PRIORITY ORDER to Dr. Phil Marty's office, MDC 002, (pmarty@health.usf.edu) no later than January 19, 2007.
