India Adolescent HIV/AIDS Research Training
- Create a unique, state-of-the-art training infrastructure in conjunction with Vadodara Medical College in Gujarat, India, which focuses on capacity building for HIV/AIDS therapeutic, prevention, and behavioral research in adolescents.
- Utilize existing research expertise in adolescent HIV to establish collaborative relationships between USF faculty and trainees, to initiate new research projects which focus on international HIV/AIDS agenda priorities.
- Evaluate, track and document long-term impacts of training on trainee careers, research capacity of their home institutions and overall research contribution through publications and other research efforts.
