About Us

The Maternal & Child Health Student Organization (MCHSO) was formed to serve as a forum for students with an interest in Maternal & Child Health (MCH) to:

  • Educate and increase awareness of MCH issues and projects within the United States and abroad
  • Connect students with service and learning opportunities in MCH
  • Create opportunities for mentorship and learning among alumni and students of the University of South Florida (USF)
  • Provide opportunities for interaction among students interested in MCH, as well as MCH faculty and staff

MCHSO is open to undergraduate or graduate students from any USF department.
