The Research Administration Improvement Network (TRAIN™) is the central department at The University of South Florida responsible for assessing and addressing the training and information needs of USF employees and students working in research. Organization Development & Training (ODT) is now HR/Talent Management (HRTM). The new name more fully represents the role they play as part of the Human Resources Division and the services they provide to the USF community. It reflects how the organization views the people, the talent they have to accomplish the mission of the University. Their success comes down to people and what they know how to do. Talent Management provides the systems and tools to develop the right people for the right positions to achieve mission success.
