The College of Public Health (COPH) Orientation is held at the beginning of Fall and Spring semesters for all newly admitted graduate students. The program is designed to provide specific information about the College's resources, program requirements and is an opportunity to meet faculty, staff and students. The event is held at the College of Public Health, 13201 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33612.

Fall 2013:

Students admitted for Fall 2013 are required to attend the College of Public Health Fall Orientation on August 22-23.

Mandatory Attendance:

Due to the importance of this event, attendance at the College of Public Health Orientation is mandatory (except for students in the College's Public Health Practice Program, and the Public Health Administration and the Disaster Management online degree programs. These students should consult with their advisor about information covered during orientation.) If you have not purchased a USF parking tag, please purchase a pass for the day at the vending machine in the student parking area in front of the college. The cost is $5 for the day. Students who do not attend Orientation or complete HIPPA requirements on time will be dropped from classes. Please mark your calendar for this important event.

(NOTE: The University of South Florida Graduate and Professional Student Council (GPSC) holds a new student orientation in the Fall semester; this is not related to the COPH Orientation. Please refer to the GPSC Web Site for more information:http://www.gpsc.usf.edu/orientation.asp)
