USF HEALTH RESEARCH DAY
FEBRUARY 22, 2008

This academic year, the USF Health Research Day was held on Friday, February 22, 2008, and the COPH had the highest number of student presenters ever!

For the first time, USF Health research day included an oral presentation session and two COPH graduate students were selected to participate in this prestigious event. Their presentations were of exceptional quality, and their abstracts will be submitted to the national Delta Omega Poster Competition.  These students include:

In addition, a special section of posters was set up for the COPH’s Sunshine Education and Research Center (ERC), which provides interdisciplinary training programs in occupational health nursing, medicine, psychology, safety and industrial hygiene.  Nine ERC students participated in research day, of which three students received special recognition in their respective colleges!
