Dr. Sear's research interests include information systems in health care, health care outcomes, and measurement of health services efficiency. His teaching interests include information systems, health services management, health services research methods, and organizational behavior. Dr. Sear also serves as the College of Public Health's Advisor to the local chapter of American College of Healthcare Executives.
