:: Technical Assistance
Who are we?
The Office of Educational Technology and Assessment at the College of Public Health provides Technical Assistance for students
(should you require it) while taking your online course.
We are available for technical assistance 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and WITHIN 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
What is a Technical Problem?
Should you experience problems such as: broken links within a course website, accessing documents
or presentations, playing audio/video files, resubmitting assignments,
disconnection during an exam, or inability to receive emails, you can
contact us for technical support. We do not provide assistance with
computer hardware problems or on-campus courses.
