ERC Research Poster Session
Sunshine Education and Research Center

October 5, 2007
USF Health Rotunda

On Friday, October 5th, the Sunshine Education and Research Center (ERC) held its first successful interdisciplinary research poster session.  The USF Sunshine ERC provides graduate level academic training programs in Occupational Medicine, Occupational Health Nursing, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety and Occupational Health Psychology, in addition to offering a variety of continuing education programs for practicing professionals.   The purpose of this research poster session was to  promote interdisciplinary learning between the graduate students in the ERC's five academic programs. In fact, the graduate students were able to enter into a drawing for an IPOD  after 'visiting' each others posters. The winner of the IPOD was Liuqin Yang, a doctoral student in the Occupational Health Psychology  program,  who has also offered to serve as the leader for a new interdisciplinary ERC student organization!  To view the abstract booklet, please click here.
