Interdisciplinary Scholarly Event:
March 18th and 19th, 2010
On March 18th and 19th, 2010, the SERC Student Organization implemented its second successful interdisciplinary scholarly event, featuring a special visit by Dr. Peter Chen, an eminent researcher in occupational health psychology. As noted at DrCheneventsflyer.pdf , the array of social and learning activities included:
* A meet and greet reception with Dr. Chen on Thursday evening, March 18th;
* A round table discussion on Friday morning, March 19th at the Psychology
Department; and
* A special lecture on March 19th at the College of Public Health: "Occupational Safety:
