Water Conference

This Conference is the third in a series of Conferences addressing concerns about water:

  • 2010 Water The Key to Regional Stability, and
  • 2011 Security and Stability Partnerships: Their Impact on Health.

The first Conference ( 2010 ) set the stage for the subsequent Conferences. A very diverse group of Speakers and Attendees presented and discussed an overview of our current state of awareness and concern about the critical role of water as it relates to regional stability. Academicians, Corporate leaders, as well as Religious and Cultural Scholars participated.

The Second Conference ( 2011 ) emphasized the relationships of water to Health from the perspective that Health plays a fundamental role in stability. Again, we maintained the diversity of participants.

We take comfort in providing a neutral avenue for presenting disparate views on common themes. The diversity of Speakers and Attendees has been and continues to be one of the greatest strengths of these Conferences. Individuals and organizations who have not routinely met together have become regular presenters and attendees.

The latest Conference ( 2012 ) builds on this platform from the perspective articulated in the 2012 Conference description below.
