Application Procedures
All applicants to a graduate program must complete a SOPHAS and USF application. Please see our Application Procedures Page for instructions on our application process.

* Graduate Admissions Application Deadlines differ for International Students. Please click here.
** The College of Public Health Fall application deadline for domestic Master level applicants (June 1) is different from the University deadline of February 15. All domestic applications for a College of Public Health Master level program for the Fall semester must be completed and submitted by June 1st to be reviewed for the Fall semester. 1 In order to be considered for admission to a doctoral program in Public Health, applicants must be fully prepared to register as full-time students for at least one full academic year (consecutive Fall and Spring semesters). If deadline falls on Saturday or Sunday, the deadline is the following Monday. NOTE: The GLOBAL HEALTH PRACTICE program accepts applications for the FALL term only. |
