Florida Covering Kids & Families

Story Bank

The Florida Covering Kids & Families Story Bank is a database of contacts and personal stories of families throughout Florida willing to share how Florida KidCare has helped them. The purpose of the Story Bank is to connect families with members of the media who report on issues relating to health insurance coverage and the uninsured.

How Can You Help?

If you conduct outreach and work with families, consider their story and how well they may be able to recount their story to a reporter or member of the media. In addition, if you have your own story to tell about Florida KidCare health coverage, we would like to hear from you. We are looking for positive stories from families willing to share their experience.

The Tell Us Your Story document explains the Story Bank and the Official Story Bank Participation Form is to be used to collect the information needed for inclusion in the database. Additionally, and most importantly, the participant consent form must be completed at the end of the participation form for each Story Bank submission.
