Theresa Crocker, PhD, RDN - Director, Dietetic Internship, Nutrition and Dietetics Program
Dr. Crocker completed her bachelor’s in dietetics from University of Cincinnati, her combined master’s/dietetic internship from Texas Woman’s University/Houston VA Medical Center, and her PhD from the University of South Florida in Bio-cultural medical anthropology. Dr. Crocker worked as a clinical and research dietitian for Moffitt Cancer Center, and completed a Health Service Research and Development fellowship at the James A. Haley VA Hospital prior to returning to USF. She worked as the Assistant Director of Community-Based Research at the USF Health Byrd Alzheimer’s Institute before joining the College of Public Health. Dr. Crocker is an ACEND Program Reviewer.
