REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Select course from COPH schedule or web course schedule

New non-degree students and those who have not attended in the past 12 months are required to submit the USF non-degree student application form online.

ONLINE FORM:

This form must be completed online.

First time registrants MUST fill out and sign the Mandatory Medical History Form and Immunization form. Off-campus students are temporarily exempt from the immunization requirement. Off-campus students who take an on-campus course MUST MEET USF'S IMMUNIZATION POLICY.

All non-degree seeking students must complete a Non-Degree Student Registration Worksheet. The Registration Worksheet will allow you to obtain a permit for courses.

If registering for a core course put corresponding Course Reference Number on worksheet. No instructor signature required.

If registering for a non-core course, instructor signature required on worksheet. (Students accepted in a certificate program do not need instructor approval). An e-mail from the course instructor giving permission to take the requested classes can be attached to the worksheet in place of a signature.

Go to OASIS to verify if permits have been issued (usually within 24 business hours). There will be no e-mail confirmation sent that permits have been issued.
