Belize Field School 2013

Global Health Students have participated in two Belize Field Schools during the summer of 2011-12 and have conducted two community based health assessments. The objective of these field schools are:

To establish community based-partnerships
To conduct health assessments surveys in the San Martin and Santiago Juan communities
To capture a health snapshot of the community and
To utilize the data for the development of interventions in collaboration with the communities, and the Ministry of Health of Belize.

Belize Field School 2013 starts in Mid-May to Mid July 2013 and will be conducted in the community of Santiago Juan located in the Cayo.
