Graphic Design
From motion graphics and webpage design to publications covers and everything in between, we have a full-time art director

Internal Communications including Web Stories
The USF Heath website is a news-driven site with stories targeting the internal USF Health audience, as well as external
audiences of general public, media and local health professionals. Several members of the Communications team write

Marketing Services
We are USF Health’s central coordinating office for print advertising, broadcast advertising, branding and promotions.
We also provide advice and assistance with marketing plans, strategic communications and community outreach partnerships.
We can coordinate professional videotaping, from concept to editing and delivery, for use on videotape, Webstreaming or

Media Relations Services
We are the USF Health primary liaison to external media. We handle incoming requests for news data, public records, faculty
experts and other information. We promote USF Health by pitching news stories, faculty opinion pieces and expert sources for
current news. We provide crisis communications and media training services to the USF Health community. We also work with
faculty in advance of announcements of major research findings to prepare news releases that honor publication or presentation

Photography
Some digital images that appear in USF Health publications are available for use in print or Web. Photography is an auxiliary
service contracted through the USF Health Media Center. There is a fee for services. For more information, call (813) 974-4288.
Podcasting
The USF Health Communications Office is your resource for podcasting projects. Services include assistance
with topics, organizing content, script drafting, and media coaching for on air talent. We can also provide information
on how to book professionals to fill production needs of video taping, audio recording, photography and/or editing of video/audio.

Promotional Materials in Educational Mission (Branding of curriculum)
The USF Health Communications Office is the point of contact for production of collateral materials to assist with branding
of the academic mission within the colleges of medicine, nursing and public health. Services include content management;
booking photography or videography needs; hiring of vendor to print the final material. Among the most frequently used
vehicles for collateral materials are: brochures, flyers, invites, postcards, booklets and fact sheets. We also offer services

The USF Health Communications Office serves as a consultant to departments/divisions organizing special events.
We can be your resource for information on university approved vendors, including listings of caterers, florists,
print shops for invitations; campus contacts for reserving meeting rooms, tables & chairs; contact information for Audio Visual (AV)

USF Health NOW (hard copy)
USF Health NOW is a publication printed periodically and sent to alumni, faculty, staff and friends of the university. The newsletter,
an extension of the integrated web site, highlights USF Health points of pride and delves further into key news. The publication gladly

Use of official USF Health logos and symbols are encouraged, and we can assist you with questions about their proper usage.
