Vendors

RFIQ

PaperFree Florida has adopted a “vendor-neutral” policy, which means that we offer unbiased advice on the systems and service bundles best suited to enable our physician and other clinician members to become meaningful users of EHRs. This also means that we do not function as a reseller or vendor of EHR products. Our role in the process is to serve as a trusted friend while guiding our members through the implementation process. PaperFree Florida acts as a go-between, supporting practices in holding vendors accountable for adhering to service agreement obligations.

Qualified List

Qualified vendors to date are listed below. Please note that qualified vendors will not necessarily be recommended to providers or preferred by a given practice. Before suggesting a vendor, our E-Health Ambassadors conduct an information flow analysis to assist the practice in learning how their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats can best be met through an EHR system. E-Health Ambassadors will use that assessment, in conjunction with practice goals, objectives, and practice specific EHR requirements to recommend three EHR systems from the list of PaperFree Florida Qualified Vendors that may best fit that practice’s specific needs. Until we understand the needs and desires of your practice, we are not suggesting, endorsing or promoting any of these vendors or their EHR products. The list below is for informational purposes only. If you are a PaperFree Florida member, please contact your E-Health Ambassador for more information; if you have yet to join PaperFree Florida, please Contact Us for additional information.
