Duties of the Office of Space Management 

The Office of Space Management coordinates and facilitates annual updating of the record space inventory in the system for all of USF Health. The office serves to facilitate space assignments for office space, and laboratories.

How to Request Space

All space requests must be submitted on a Facilities Space Use Request Form. 

Request Reviews

All request submissions are reviewed by the USF Health Space Committee. The committee is made up of key representatives of the USF Health organization and is chaired by the CFO. Our reviewers take into consideration a requested space’s size (relative to similar spaces), relative department space capacities, and possible collocation of the space with like functions or departments.
