This also requires determining how to better serve customers who might have unequal access to, and limited knowledge of technology, systems, computers, etc., and fostering creativity and innovation in customer service. The Business Office will shape an environment that creates high quality financial and performance information to make and implement effective policy, management, stewardship, and program decisions. This mission is in direct support of the overall mission of the College of Nursing. Strategic Goals
