Leverage resources to accomplish the mission. This may require analyzing and/or re-engineering business processes; improving support systems and infrastructure; and utilizing interdisciplinary approaches and shared resources.
Address changing expectations from the USF and HSC administration, faculty and students and external constituents.
Respond to the ever-changing Governmental and Organizational requirements and priorities to better serve those in our sphere of influence.
Manage the information explosion by making financial information more useful and usable USF systems of FAST, GEMS, FAIR, PERT, OASIS.
Maintain high quality customer service while keeping pace with technological change. This also requires determining how to better serve customers who might have unequal access to, and limited knowledge of technology, systems, computers, etc., and fostering creativity and innovation in customer service.
MissionThe Business Office will shape an environment that creates high quality financial and performance information to make and implement effective policy, management, stewardship, and program decisions. This mission is in direct support of the overall mission of the College of Nursing.
