  Dr. Steven Masley video now available. On March 27, 2009, the USF Wellness Initiative hosted the first ever Wellness Day to kick off USF’s celebration of the National Public Health Week.

• Exercise at USF
  Campus Recreation Group Fitness offers a variety of classes for students and employees of USF at the Campus Recreation Center check out the Summer Schedule May 11 – August 7. Employees can join the Campus Recreation Center for only $20/month for full access to the gym and all Group Fitness Classes.
  
  ZUMBA classes at USF Health - Campus Recreation is also working with USF Wellness to offer exercise classes on the USF Health side of campus. June ZUMBA classes are offered Mondays and Wednesdays 5 – 6pm June 8 – July 1. Sign up for June classes ends on June 6th. Classes are held at the College of Public Health (View Map to COPH).
  
  
• Weight Watchers at Work
  As part of the USF Wellness initiative and in keeping with USF Health's core values to improve life by looking at the full spectrum of health, we are offering a weight loss program for faculty, staff and students. Mandelyn Cloninger, a USF Employee who lost 65 lbs in the Weight Watchers, leads weekly Weight Watchers At Work Sessions at the South Tampa Center for Advanced Health Care and the North Tampa USF Health Campus in the College of Nursing building.
  
  Its not too late to join! Anyone who is interested in joining a Weight Watchers At Work series at USF can register at any of our lunch meetings from 11:45 – 12:45 on Tuesdays at the South Tampa Center (STC 5051B) or on Wednesdays at the College of Nursing (CON 2005).
