Degree Programs for Registered Nurses
The College of Nursing offers a RN to BS program and a RN to MS accelerated graduate program for Registered Nurses with an Associate Degree in Nursing. The RN-BS leads to a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. The RN-MS leads to a Master of Science (MS) degree. Students in the RN-MS program complete undergraduate nursing courses before applying to the graduate portion of the program. Students in the RN-MS program wishing to graduate with both the MS and BS degrees must complete all USF undergraduate requirements including foreign language. Individuals who currently hold or will soon complete a Bachelors degree are not eligible to apply to the RN-MS program and should apply directly to our Masters program. The Nurse Anesthesia concentration is not available through the RN-MS program.
